Post new topic

Hey guys! I'm currently working at a company that requires to use punch card. I punch it on time everyday on time, but now they also require me to take photo to send to WhatsApp group. I really doesn't like it and sometimes I will forgot to take it. Now they threatened to deduct my wages. Is it possible? I just wants to ask Is it on lawful to do that?
Thanks for your attention.

So they want to verify it's you that punched in and not someone else doing it for you.  It's always good to follow the rules an employer sets.

Thanks for replying. I know the purpose but I have been working for more than half a year they never asked me for that. I just wants to know is it lawful to deduct my salary.
