Hello,

I will be sent to Dammam with work for a month. I work at the same company as my fiance and they are looking at sending us over around the same time. Would it be possible to get some advice on what the regulations are for couples that are not yet married for travelling around the city together, eating together ect.

You'll be fine, no touchy touchy in public, no kissing, just hold hands, it's actually not allowed for not married couple to date but no one will bother/stop you in this current era, you'll see many couples dating these days

90% of the time, if you are Caucasian and there are no public displays of affection, no one will bother.

However, do note that despite the easing off of restrictions in Saudi, it is still not legal to be alone with a member of the opposite sex who is not related to you. The fact that you are not likely to be bothered doesn't really change that.
