Useful information to accept job offer or not

Hello everybody,
my name is robin from the netherlands. I received a job offer from QA. I think it is a good offer, but maybe you have some advices to think about.
for example is salary negotiable, of maybe orher package items are negotiable?
Maybe someone can give me an idea about monthly costs for living in doha (except housing costs)
