expat is definitely the place to find other english speakers!
On thursdays a good international spot is the
Banghrabar, located on Via Sempione,1 you can
have a drink and enjoy the buffet or just hang out
outside and talk to all the people.

Ciao!

You can find international or expat aperitivi organized around the city from time to time.

Also, the free magazine EasyMilano could be useful. Here is their website:

Ciao everybody.
Just arrived in Milan.
I’m Italian but I have traveled quite a lot abroad and now I’m back to Italy for work.
I’m from south of Italy so Milan is a new city for me to visit.
It will be great to meet new friend and get for Aperitivo.
Yes Navigli is good, but I think in Milan there are much better place and I would like to find.
Let organize
