Hi ,

I am Satish Arkala from India i am an IT consultant working in Abu dhabi UAE .

I want to move to Portugal How are the job opportunities over in Portugal for IT employees who are from out side the EUROPE. How is life style,working environment,living culture and monthly expenses.

There are plenty of opportunities in the IT space in Portugal right now, however you might need to adjust your salary expectations (at least vs UAE). One hand, taxes are much higher in Portugal so net income will likely fall short vs your current one. On the other hand, salary will depend on your current skills and experience (but that's nothing new). Be aware that language barrier can be a challenge on getting a job on IT companies focused on local and Africa's market.
