BPO in Mauritius

Hi I am from India working in a BPO as a Sr. Team Leader.

I would like to know if there are any BPOs in Mauritius and how can I apply for a job. Also if anyone can tell me what is the average salary in a BPO there.

FYI... I have 8 years of work exp in a BPO.

Hi Coolmir,

Quite a few contact centres / BPO's in Mauritius, most of which are French speaking with a smaller number of English speaking. Plenty of jobs advertised, but salaries range significantly depending on experience, campaign type and client type. Try taking a look at myjobs.mu or similar as this will allow you to look for the type of role suitable to you and gain a better idea of salaries.

One thing to note is that very few will pay Team Leaders and below over MUR 30k (basic) per month which is what I believe you need to get your work permit.
