Your company can advise you. As previous posters have said, it is the designation on the visa which is the problem; not the visa itself. If your degree (or availability of designation with employer) doesn't secure you the required designation, the company can use an alternate one to get you in.
It is not as strict in the UAE as it is in, say, Saudi. In the UAE, I only submitted my Bachelors in Physics and got a Finance director designation based on salary (As I was senior enough) whereas other people who were hired below me got General accountant. In Saudi, even if I submit my other degrees, getting Finance manager might be an issue due to availability and Saudization of professions
