Utilities included in rent in Istanbul ?

Hi everyone,

I needed to know if utilities (eg. water, electricity and gas) are included in the rent or you should pay seperate? Also what is the average cost for each for an individual for a 1 bedroom or studio in Istanbul?
Also anyone could let me know about internet say 10 Mps per month ADSL cost? I was reading different statistics for cost of living in Istanbul on a budget and it says around 2400 TL for one person including rent. Is that an accurate estimate for those of you who live there ?

electricity 200 tl

and gas 300 tl - winter 100 tl summer

Thanks. Is this for a small 1 bedroom apartment for a single person or a family and bigger apartments?

you can find 2 rooms 1500 easily which is around 75-90 sqm
If you are ok with staying a little bit afar from city center, you can find better, newer, wider flats for that price
Esenyurt kayabaşı pendik etc. it all depends where your office is located, mate

No I'm sorry I think you misunderstood my question. I meant the utilities costs that you quoted were they for a small apartment or large one?
