yes, there are restrictions from the banks point of view.

Kuwait is an Islamic country, gambling is illegal. you will be blocked in one of two ways:

1) site wont open (blocked my MOC)
2) winnings will not be transfered (banking sector ban)

there are those who meet and gamble together, but again, if the police were to catch a whif of that, its jail-time.

your best bet would be to play with friends or people you trust here, when u keep ur ear to the ground u will hear of games that take place with other expats etc. but they might be hesitant to let a stranger in their midst (u may be a mole for all they know), unless someone vouches for u.

I used to play online poker and that to in tournaments only...

pranavd 1980 - Subscribe to a Virtual Private Netwok (VPN just google it, surfbouncer is a good one) then you can do what you want online!! I use this for online TV/Film streaming so I can watch the iplayers in the UK for F1, MotoGP etc.
