waiting for a work visa ??

Post new topic

hello friends,
I'm a former accountant worked in Manama, and due to some personal problems i left job. Before i left Bahrain, they cancelled my visa online(in passport there is no cancellation seal). Now i'm planning for a new beginning and already applied for a work visa. On 27-03-2018 onward it's in "Employment Visa is in progress", i asked about the delay, the agent said they are waiting for 'Embassy clearance' only after they can pay the fee, after this final stage i could get the valid visa. So 1) Is there any chance to reject my visa application from the LMRA side? 2) The embassy clearance is real ? :) or a patty excuse ? .... please help me :(

Read this sticky.

Visa takes between 1 to 4 weeks. Yes it can be rejected.  There is no such thing as embassy clearance - I think they are referring to approval by immigration.  You can see the process in the sticky above.

You can check it yourself on LMRA site using your passport number.  Don't rely on everything the agency says.
