Hi! I'd like to start up boat trip and parasailing business in Mauritius. Who knows something about it? Custom duty for new boat, rules, business permit, corruption, profitability, best location etc.

BOI is the best place to check out infos

You have to check the Tourism Authority first. If you are foreigner there are restrictions on tourism business. Some business are not accessible to foreign participation.

And no, BOI is not always the best place to check out infos... for this type of scenario, for instance, you won't have much information as these are regulated by Tourism Authority
