How to avoid rejection of Malaysian employment visa?

My employer applying employment visa for me, while I'm in India. Its being rejected without reason. Now again they are applying & they said this is last try.. Please anyone tellme how to avoid rejection or what is the Major cause of rejection.

There are quite a few reasons. The usual one is the job can be done by a local Malaysian so a foreigner does not need to be hired. Lack of experience i.e. a degree plus minimum 2-3 years relevant work is also common. So fresh graduates are most likely to be declined.
