Delivery Of Good from Outside Ethiopia.

How effective is the delivery of goods from outside Ethiopia into Ethiopia. For example If I order items on Ebay, whats the guarantee that I will get them? Is Fedex or DHL in Ethiopia as effective as any other country. Has anyone ever dealt with them and received their items in-tacked without delays??
