Hi everyone. My wife (Filipina) and I are planning one moving to Manila in about 6 months. I’m retired/disabled ex military, E-7 with 19 years in and had stroke while still active duty. I guess I’m trying to find out info on the va hospital. I’ve asked the va here but they said I really need to talk to Manila va but they 15 hrs advance in time. Can be seen by a local dr. or is it strictly the va hospital? I still go to the base ( Luke AFB) cause it is closer to where I live. I currently take warfarin/Coumadin to keep my blood thin. Right now I’m going there once every two weeks to have my blood checked. I could do it myself but that would cost about 700 bucks to get set up.
Also, we are trying to buy a home ( bungalow) for 10mil pesos when we get there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
