You can use agent or go direct at embassy,but need to fill in and submit all requirements needed for vitas.

You have any recomended agent? Half day process. Pick up and delivery passport service include. I seriously seek for an agent for my office need.

I am travelling to Singapore soon with indonesian telex document in relation to retirement Kitas.  I am meeting agent there with documents, photos etc. He seems to be saying that I don't need to personally attend the Indonesian Embassy as his office will do all that same day for a fee of $280 Sin. Can anybody confirm this please

Confirmed. I did it that way Dec 2017.
Dropped my passport and letter at the agent in the morning, retrieved the passport with the visa in the late afternoon.
Cant remember the fee,  but 280 S$ looks OK.

Telex processing at Singapore you can use hana Express,they charges sgd 255

You give your passport before 11am,you get your passport same day before 5pm witb vitas stamp.

Requirement:

1.original passport
2.telex clear copy
3.passport copy
4.passport size photo white background
5.authorizarion letter processing vitas
