Hi im a pilipino women and im asking about the marriage in saudi regarding the father approval if it needed to hand writen?

Father approval is mandatory & preferably in-person at the marriage court.

Yes but my father cant attend for that occasion he make a approval letter and i'm asking if its ok if the letter not hand written??

Most documents for courts in GCC, if sent from outside, have to be notarised, attested by MOFA and GCC embassy in home country plus by MOFA in the GCC country itself for them to be considered legal. Not sure if this applies as well to marriage permission in Saudi.
