i currently have a plan with stc.which i already paid 12 months.but now i suddenly need to go on for final exit in two.months,i tried to call their customer service to ask how much do i need to pay.they told me that im still on the commitnent period and if i break it i need to pay 58000sar for breaking the commitment.please i need your advise on what should i do.

Then check the bill.
Their internet packages vary up to 400/month + VAT with a maximum 24 month commitment.
You've paid 12 months, so you will have to pay a further 12 plus any penalty as laid out in the contract (if 24 months)
The penalties are laid out in the contract.

I suspect you're in error with a number or two or you have one if the inclusive packages with add on bits, maybe mobile and TV.
If a mobile package is in there, did you get a free phone?
If you did, they'll expect you to pay for it if you break the contract.
