Bonjour, je suis Chiico.

I’m looking for a room in Bordeaux on the internet.
I found one room. There is writing description “Caution FSL refusée“.  What does it mean ?
Is this a room that not available for foreign people?
Could you tell me this description‘s meaning?

Résident hors France possible = Resident outside France possible

FSL stands for  fonds de solidarité pour le logement / Housing Solidarity Fund is a financial aid that aims to help people experiencing financial difficulties  accessing housing, etc.
