IM INTERESTED VACATIONING TO PLAYA DEL CARMEN TO LOOK FOR CONDOS TO RENT OR BUY. END OF MAY OR JUNE. ANY ADVICE AND/OR ANYONE GOING AROUND SAME TIME?

There is a new condo building next to mamaitas beach thats beautiful, its practically on the ocean...they are going for 90k - 100k.

They are all vacant but look like they will be opening the doors in the next few weeks.
