conservative expats generally prefer places like fatih, basaksehir etc.

You should consider where you will establish your company first so it will not be far away from your home. Because traffic will consume your energy if the distance is too much.

The hard part for renting a flat from a turkish landlord is they will ask couple of months to be made as downpayemnt because of their bad experiences with syrians in the last 5 years.
