Can I buy/order a drone with camera in Saudi Arabia

Guys, I'm thinking to buy DJI drone online, but I'm afraid it might not reach here in Saudi Arabia because of strict rules and regulations, even thou I've no intentions of using it in KSA, but being a frequent traveler around the globe, I want that thing to be part of my trips... So how can I make sure if it will reach here or I need some kind of permit, where can I get that document and any info regrading this issue will be welcomed, Thanks

I'm not sure but lately I saw a lots of drone specially when there are events.

Yes, but those are operated by proper photographers with license... not general public...
