SOS need help with resident permit

Hello all ,
I am a non-eu citizen (3rd country).
I studied in Hungary dentistry and graduated last summer. After graduating I went back home for a few months.
1 month ago I came back to Hungary for searching job. My questions for you are :

1. Is it possible to get working permit with a part time job (20h/week)?

2. Is it possible to work in two diffrent clinics ? Both would be part time (20h+ 15h)?

3. As i know i can stay in hungary for 90 days, but I already spent 45 days.
What is the best way to get some extension?
Till i will find fix job?

4. What is better? To be self employed (KATA) or employee?
Anyone have any experience wit1h the process of register as self employed (egyéni vállalkozó) as a 3rd country person? Can I just simply start it with my tourist visa now and then work with the 2 clinics maybe?

And one more thing...

5. What if I have a job offer (part time) and already signed a pre contract and have all the necessary documents to start the process to get the visa for working purpose, but meanwhile it turned out that they will sell the clinic a month from now so I won't be able to work there after. Should I still start the process or it is better to leave it then? Or could this maybe help me to gain some time?
