Mail-Order Goods from USA -- Need Agent to Cover Import & Duties

I want to buy personal consumer goods and foodstuffs from Amazon.com and other American suppliers. Therefore I need a reliable freight forwarder in the US, who has a Cambodian agent who can clear customs and deliver in Phnom Penh -- preferably for an all-in per pound (weight) fee. How do Phnom Penh expats manage their imported personal items most cost-effectively? Thank you.

Fill out a certain weight, in pounds or kg, and a list of delivery services shows up with costs and delivery time.
