New job in Guangzhou

I’ve just been offered a new job in Guangzhou starting in October.
I want my fiance/wife before we leave, and her five year old daughter to come with me.
So I really need any help/advice for the following:

I was wondering if there were any jobs in Guangzhou for Americans besides Teaching English, which I’m doing and she could do even though she doesn’t have a degree.

What’s a good school in Guangzhou for Americas? That she could attend?

If she has capability speaking Chinese it would increase her chances in other fields. If not, pretty much it's teaching.

But if she has other valuable skills, then it may offset the language issue.

I would check the job section (but it's literally filled with teaching jobs)
