Hi!
I just want to know, as i am planning to leave the country as i have to settle few things back in my home country and i dont know when will i come back. Right now i have resigned, and they are waiting for my response to cancel my visa or apply for mobility.
I currently have a cash loan. No salary assignment was given to the bank.
I just want an advise if i can travel back to my country without any problem even if they cancelled my visa? Or which scenario is best for mw to cancel my vjsa or apply for mobility?
Also upon checking in the immigration will they know the loans or zain numbers that are in going.
Sincere help needed.

Yes you can leave.  There won't be any issue.  The only time an issue happens is when you stop paying, they follow up, you don't respond, they file a case in the execution court and travel ban is applied.  All of this takes time.

Cancel your visa.  Mobility is useful only when you have another employer willing to hire you and from what you wrote, it doesn't seem that you do.
