14000 SAR/per month with family of 3. Is this a good offer?

Super offer,   if your lavish with ur family and school fees you can save minimum SR 9000/ month.  so it will be in INR  +150,000/-

Salary is fair enough. You can easily save money here better than India but again it depends on the lifestyle and facilities that you indulge here. On a side note, Make sure that you will land here in a profession which can help you bring the family here.

Its an average offer, I suggest you to move and avail this opportunity, Assuming as a normal indian lifestyle you would be able to save few bucks as well.

Personally, I think that it is an average salary.  Not bad but not great either.  You can save nothing or quite bit depending on your lifestyle choices as already mentioned by others.

The thing to watch out for is schooling and medical.  You did not mention whether your employers cover it or not.  Those can easily put a dent in your budget if not covered.
