Fingerprints doesn't exist

Dear all,
I go with final exit and come back to Saudi Arabia, with new visa. I apply for the new iqama but my Kafeel told me that your fingers are not updated in the system. Then I visited the Jawazat office for fingers update but they told me that your fingers is already updated.
Please tell me the possible solution how to get my iqaama. Thanks
