Visa Cancellation and NOC

Hi

I came to Salalah week back and didn't get my resident card.can I cancel my visa before getting it.

I joined this new company after getting NOC from my previous company. If I cancel my visa before taking resident card is N O C from my previous employer is enough to search for different job or should I have to get it from current employer.

Hi Kadermohideen,

Your Resident Card is secondary. Your Employment Visa is primary. So in your case, you would need another NOC from your present employer if you wish to shift jobs yet again.
