I was in Malaysia on work visa in 2014. But due to health problem returned to India after 3 months. And could not returned to Malaysia. My visa was up to year 2016.
Now can I get a work or visit visa again ?

Potentially yes, unless you were blacklisted because you abandoned the job, didn't cancel EP, etc You will find out when a new application is made.

Do expect problems and potentially having to pay an income tax bill before  you can be hired, if there is a shortfall in the tax you had deducted.

However, the rules have changed since August 2016 and you have to remain outside Malaysia while the employment pass process is ongoing and also enter on a special single entry visa (VDR) obtained from a Malaysian consulate in home country pre-departure.

Thanks.
But how can I know my EPis cancelled or not as it was provided by my employer.
There is no response from them .

Gravitas

It has expired. It was only for 1 or 2 yrs maximum

Thank you very much.

That means I can go to Malaysia with out any problem now.
