Hi everyone I’ve already posted once    Got great information.   I want to post again. I found some real estate agents on the Internet contacted them.  Found something on craigslist a business opportunity.  people are telling me not to do it bad investment to open a restaurant.   I want to open a restaurant that’s already established.   I don’t want to start from the ground up. I kno I will have to make changes.    what is wrong with me wanting to fulfill a dream my husband And I always wanted to do before he passed away?   We were supposed to open up a place on the north shore of Hawaii.   But when he passed I just couldn’t. Go there without him.  Now 7 years later I am ready to move on and buy restaurant bar.   With nightly entertainment.    need your help on this every body.

Hi I came to Sosua for the first time a month ago and have decided to stay. I have been looking for a similar thing here in Sosua. There are places for sale but I suggest be careful and don’t rush into something to fast. I have a lot of experience in restaurants bars night clubs etc. But being an expat (Canadian) I think it takes some time to get to know local culture and how they do business. You will get a different answer from different people every time.
Feel free to ask any questions be happy to help if I can

Honey you need to do what is right for you. Take your time. Do your research. Understand how business is done here!

Ask for help when you need it!!! Honor the dream however YOU choose to.

Go for your dream!  I did & people said that I was crazy, no one would come , I'd lose my shirt etc.  Well guess what? The loudest critics became my most loyal regulars & I wear custom made wild assed shirts!   There is no guarantee of success, but the ride is worth the trip. There ain't no return trip ticket for this life, so go for it!  All we really need in life is: a roof that don't leak, food in the belly, enough to pay the bills, but most of all, the love & laughter of good friends.  And A/C if you really need it!
