Apply for relevant vacancies. Foreigners are only hired if they have skills not available among the Malaysian workforce. The main areas are IT and education.

If you are looking for unskilled work the maximum age is 45 years old.

Malaysia is not like the middle east as it has a large, well-educated society who have active careers. This means in some sectors it is  virtually impossible to find work.

Match your skills and experience carefully to the job descriptions to show you are a serious contender and explain what benefits you can bring to the hiring company.

Do be very vigilant of JOB SCAMS as Indian's seem to often be the victims.

Employers apply for employment passes and they must get approval before you enter Malaysia.  In addition a single entry visa (VDR - Visa with Reference) is required for some nationalities, including Indian citizens. This is stamped in the passport before leaving home country by the local Malaysian consulate.

If anyone offers you a job and says just arrive on a tourist visa - it is going to be impossible to get a work permit and the worker will be at the mercy of an unscrupulous employer. It means people literally get trapped in Malaysia and can only leave by being deported and banned for 5 years,
