No guarantor for rental in CA. HELP?

Hi, We are relocating in two months and no nobody in the US. Despite overpaying for five years on our mortgage in the UK, no credit history in the US means no rental. Has anyone found a way round this? I read about paying an insurent but can't find one in CA only new York. Thanks.
