We’ve been in LT for almost a week, and have finally figured out how to survive the oppressive heat, power outages and needing a club card to buy groceries. We are now looking for next level comforts, including Internet.

Most taxi drivers say that Altice is the best in this area. We got a mobile hotspot, which works great when it works (which hasn’t been much over the past 24 hours).

I know Claro is also available in LT. I figure their service is relatively the same. I was wondering is anyone knows if the use the same infrastructure? If the Altice tower/system is down, is there a high likelihood that the Claro system will also be down?

The price of prepaid is relatively affordable, so if I were to buy a hot spot from each company, is that a good or foolish decision?

Hi, I´m wondering the same question, I´m moving to LT in a few months, did you figure out something about the internet? we work online and is very very important to us.

Also, Is there any website we can use to rent a house for a year there?
