Hi, I came from India to Philippines in dependent visa..I am currently searching job in Philippines..I completed my Masters degree in India..I have one year experience in teaching and 2years experience in software..can anyone suggest me to get a job in Philippines..The problem I faced while searching job is mainly VISA (because I am here in dependent visa)..

With the type of visa you have, you might contact the Dept. of Labor or Philippine Immigration and verify whether you are eligible to work.
