Differentiate between distinct 1 ,2 ,3 & 4

D4 is somewhat differentiated from D1 because you cross a small river to get to it. District 2 is very differentiated because you will have to use either a large bridge or the tunnel to reach it. The only differentiation between D1 and D3 is that the addresses on the shop awnings change when you pass between them.

They do actually. Just download the BusMap app and you will see what bus routes you need to transfer from one location to another. The buses here are on time! You need to practice how to look at maps and show where you're going. It costs only 5-6k VND.
If all else fails, use grab car or grab bike
