VISA got rejected

Dears,

Kindly assist me...

Very recently I was applied a visiting VISA for my friend through one consultancy which got rejected due to some security reason. My friend was here in Bahrain for 6 months in 2017 and resigned from a company and moved back to India last December.

He want to come back to Bahrain and his VISA application rejected by the department.

Regarding that can I get two clarity:

1. Will I be able to know the reason for VISA rejection?
2. My consultancy is suggesting me for another type of VISA now.. earlier one was e-visa. Now they saying that they can apply for  sponsored visa for one month.. is that is valid and correct?

Please help me.. I don't know how to deal with this decision.

Further If I visit VISA office directly with my rejected application... can I get an information with the officers?

First of all, they will never tell you the reason for the rejection. To find that out you need to have a lot of connections and even then it's unofficially provided.

Secondly, a lot of evisas are rejected and its no big deal. Sponsored visas are the ones which are the safest bet.

From what you describe its visit visas you are referring to. He can't work on those just visit.
