I checked it myself on 30th June on lamr using my passport number but the visa showed the it was still in progress. I asked my agent and he told me that for me to get all the datails I have to use lamr application number as opposed to passport number..... Please help

This is where you can check with your application id, if you dont know the ID ask the agent to provide it.

And, it doesn't matter whether you use application number or passport number, the status is the same.  If it is in progress then it is in progress.  The agent is lying to you or doesn't know.

Ok my agent has given me my application ID to check my visa status, I can see it has passed LMRA, CIO, NPRA and remains the employer, I can also see that the monthly fees not paid and the work permit is subject to cancellation.....pliz I am a worried man.

Speak to your agent/employer. There is nothing else anyone can do about it.

I am really concerned with the fact that monthly fees has not been paid and that it is subject to work permit cancellation....

Yes I get that but there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that you or anyone can do.  The only person who has to pay the monthly fees as per the invoice is your employer.
