I applied for a teaching job in Vinh Phuc Province, and it's only for 3 months. I am struggling to decide which visa to apply for. Is it a work visa or a 3 month multiple entry visa?? I need help!

Welcome to the forum,
Your employer should sponsor a 3-month business visa for you. Ask your employer to give you an official letter of invitation. You can then apply for a 3-month b-visa.
That's what you need for the job you mentioned in your post.

Got it. I've been online all day. Looks like I have to apply for a DN visa. I can pick up visa at airport right?

As long as you apply for it before you arrive.
