Can anyone tell me about importing your vehicle? I know they say its required to have your registration and title. Do you absolutely need the title?

Yes you can not import a car that is leased or still has a car note.

I read something about you can if you have a letter from your bank giving you permission to go out of country. Have you heard of that?

I think that is only if you are taking the car as temporary touring vehicle. to actually import it you have to own out right. We checked it out for my son a while ago.
