I'm moving to KL this August until May next year for uni and am looking to find accommodation in Cyberjaya, specifically in Kanvas, Soho. I'm interested in renting a one bedroom apartment

I have seen quite a few ads for Kanvas, however can't seem to get in contact with the property agents. Does anyone know of some good websites or agents in that area?

Check also on www.ibilik.my and www.mudah.my for that building.

www.iproperty.com.my is the most reliable site but it can take a long time to get a response from agents and some dont have good english skills. Sending a whatsapp is best.

If they dont have what you specify then they probably will not answer. Not all adverts are genuine and most agents wont deal with people until they arrive as payments are necessary to secure a rental.

Most rentals are 12 month so put a break clause in the contract so you dont lose your deposits by leaving early.
