Can single Saudi guy marry Malaysian?

Salam
My situation now Saudi guy who study in Malaysia for three years decided to marry me.his family will come for engagement.

but as I read few topics bout Saudi rules marry non Saudi resulted long process and racist society make me want to make sure is it really true?

And I become more afraid because he promise with the name of Allah n Muhammad to marry me no matter what.previous topic said Saudi guy just want to have fun.

I see he is sincere because he plan everything even I said I afraid about the new law reveal in Saudi bout saudi guy can’t marry non Saudi girl.

Browse threads on this forum. For a Saudi to marry a non-Saudi, there are certain rules that must be satisfied for the marriage to be recognized in Saudi itself. Most importantly, he needs to be above a certain age - if I recall correctly, the guy has to be 40.
