noura compound riyadh

Hi All
Anyone heard of compound called Noura here in north of riyadh or have an experience with them. it looks like it's not western style compound, do you recommend to live there with family?

I went there about a week ago to check out the options. It is not a western compound at all, in fact it is more like a complex which has a common area, underground parking and facilities. What put me off is that the quality of construction is very low and for the apartments shown to me, most of the bedrooms are extremely small. In some cases so small that a single bed, wardrobe and a desk will take 2/3rd of the room space. Prices are 55k for 2 bed and 70k+ for 3 bed
