Hi

I am Indian Passport holder. My passport is going to expire on December 04, 2018.
I am going for vacation on August 15 and coming back on September 24

can i go and come back without renewing my passport?

If you have an Iqama, yes. Even on visit visa, they don't bother that much. For example, I am travelling to Saudi on my old passport with a 2 year business visa - the passport expires in Oct and so far, no issues.
