Would like to know if it's possible to obtain a prepaid credit card in the Philippines. Mine from Canada has expired.

If you don't have a local bank yet, you could open a peso ATM account with Bank of the Philippines (BPI) and get their Visa or Mastercard Prepaid Credit Card.  I've been with BPI for 13 years and use their branches around the country with never a problem.

Yes, I have Amore prepaid Visa. Got mine via BPI, You would need to have account there will them. I go onto the BPI web Site and with one click I load the card from my peso account
