I'm MARITES van de pieterman..I ask if my husband can sponsor me to visit him even his work is temporary?

Yes, he can, but you will still have to go through MVV (learn Dutch). Learning Dutch enough to pass the MVV test is really not very hard; there are a lot of videos on the YouTube website that can help you; this link will take you there.
