We r indian living in Samoa for last 2 years. Samoa is completely safe . There is one big hospital run by the Government . Since medical is heavily subsidised by goverenment fpr locals,private independent hospital may find difficult unless they tie up with main hospital. Lot of doctors visit from NZ, China, Australia at goverenment hospital. India is a hotspot for advanced medical treatment for Samoans.
