Hi,

Any recommendations on a good (and fair priced) Real Estate Lawyer in the Sosua area. Looking at possibly investing in rental property and believe setting up a corporation would be best. Also may partner with another person who has much experience in purchasing rental properties i the north coast (but I'd rather have a lawyer who is looking out for my wife and I then someone this potential partner has used in the past).

We have used Julio Brea and Guzman for all of our real estate transactions (three) and formation of our corp. Easy to work with and efficient but a bit more $$ than the storefront guys and well worth it.
