Is there a Muslim community I Ukraine , and where are they located mostly ?

Hi, Ukraine is Christian country but Crimean Tartars are muslims. Because of political situation many of them moved in Kyiv. There are several mosque in Kyiv. The biggest is Ar-Rakhma near Lukiyanivska metro station.

In Crimea. (Krim) Though the Russian occupiers are not making them welcome! I recommend Turkey, similar climate, many more Muslims!

Yes best off in Turkey . Our colleagues that come here then despise Christians are only asking for frustration . Then they invoke Jihad , which is stupid / utter foolishness to bite the hand of one whom welcomes you . Best in Turkey .
