My advise. Resign from current job or just finish contract. Take certificate. Go back to Philipines and come back on new VISA somewhere else.

It would be better for you to go on Final Exit before the Saudi Council will take legal action against your fake experience certificate. Try to explain your predicament to your current employer as the KSA government has been strict lately both for citizens and expats in terms of school and work credentials. Please consider taking an urgent action before it is too late.

as advise try to travel back to Philippine ASAP or if the employer accept to let you complete your current contract without renewal work permit it is ok
i have many cases in my hospital data flow discover the education or experience certificates are fake then the cases became criminal cases

Please ask your employer to give you exit visa ASAP!..explain to them the circumstances that Saudi is very strict now with regards to documents. You have to go back to the Philippines ASAP. Once the investigation at the police started you’ll be banned to work and travel. So before any thing happen just go out of KSA.

Above advice are correct, there was Engineer with fake license & documents, the authority contact the company for his arrest, the company forced him to leave the same day.

So better to explain with your sponsor the truth so he/she will understand your situation.

You're right but that was the time when Saudi Council was complacent with credentials. The fact that she admitted that her recruitment agency had faked her previous job experience is a clear indication that the license will not be renewed. The best option is go on Final Exit before its too late.

If it is the fault of agency for faking why take legal action against the candidate.Moreover they were complacent earlier is their negligence in duty.They can deport her if they are not satisfied instead of drastic action.Just my personal opinion.

do saudi council call the present employer regardng all ur documents that u submiitted in the data flow?

i just want to ask.  i am for renewal of saudi council next yr.  upon application last 2015 i send a fake coe then my previous hosp accepted me and process my paper and also give my saudi council.  so. nxt yr i am for renewal of saudi council.  in my data flow it is only license and education. now if saudi council or data flow ask for my coe is it ok to send other coe the one that is legit but different from the one i send before?  before i send hospital exp coe.  now im planning to send clinic exp coe which is legit.. help me pls.

Saudi council checks your last employer which you have uploaded and might call someone to check or verify through mail.But I feel it's a bit dubious because by calling they may not get the correct information if a responsible person is not available.

If you're applying for a new position then the employer you have here , but if the present employer wants your credentials verified then it's your previous employer in your country.

You are putting yourself endanger kabayan-to enlighten your problem you should bring the original documents to the Saudi Council for verification..

If you don't have your original inform them what should be the next step.If they feel that you should not continue here, let them deport you to your country.You can also try for exit Visa if things are not working out in your favor.But Saudi needs more manpower so they may not take any measures so quickly.

Hello I have same Issue my work got stopped 10 months back and they sent my paper for investigation. I appeared on court and and given all the relevant data they said they are satisfied with my data but they requested my data flow report from Saudi council but it is taking time. My question is what they will decide once they get my data flow report. Coming to May previous experience which is 8 years back my employer added 4 months loss pay and given certificate to me at that I don’t know that would be a problem in coming days and I came Saudi with same experience and worked 4 years and left before leaving I did data flow with same certificate and I submitted payment slip for license renewal and they did renew my license. I came back last year with same certificate under moh after coming here they said my previous experience is fake. I am trying to finish my investigation but I am afraid of what decisions are they going to take. If any one know about it plzzz let me know

So they call only on he number or email on the address stated in the Certificate of Employment?

They will reach out to any contact information included in your Certificate of Employment, whether thru phone or email.

No, they are not renewing without CME. Still I can help to gain the required CME, if you have a valid registration ID/Certification

I modify my COE to respiratory therapy cause I used that for my school university to get cerfificate of internship for my exam abroad

Hello, is there anyone here that can possibly help me renew my Saudi council license. I am currently here in the Philippines and tried to renew my Saudi council but it was rejected.
