Expat Pitfalls

Brad Nakum

Hello Indian Expats,

My name is Brad, and I am considering an expatriate assignment in Bangalore, India. I am in the early stages of the discussions, but I am already looking for some help. Namely, I am trying to come up with a framework of key points of the negotiations. I am looking for advice from people that may have already relocated or referrals to literature that would be useful to me.Specifically, I am hoping for any comments on any pitfalls to watch out for. Since you all have gone through a similar process, maybe collectively I can make it through this process with my sanity.

I am not too old, but I am not a "blogger", so I apologize for any blogging etiiquette infringed upon.

Thank you,
Brad in Wisconsin

Julien
